Preparing for Yoga Nidra:

  1. Find a comfortable quiet space in your home where you wont be disturbed.
  2. Yoga Nidra is done while lying down. Most sessions are 30 minutes or more, so prepare your space with enough padding underneath, blankets for warmth and pillows to prop yourself as needed.‚Äč

  1. Find a quiet space in your home where you wont be disturbed.
  2. Sit in a comfortable chair, using pillows or bolster as needed for comfort.
  3. A blanket, shawl or sweater over the shoulders may keep you warm as you sit.
