In person and on-line Community Chair Yoga   - Fridays at 09:30am   


No experience necessary.  Beginners welcome.

Yoga breathing, movement and meditation done in chair (no floor work). Focus is on improving balance and strength, as well as enhancing cognitive skills. 


Open to all abilities. You can join us live in the Murphy Room at the COA where space is limited, or all of these classes can be done from the privacy and safety of your own home. Pre-registration is required for live in-person attendance
