Gentle Yoga      

No experience necessary.  Beginners welcome.

Taking yoga into the new world means on-line classes. As always, every class is an opportunity to relax and renew with Gentle Yoga. Learn easy, yet powerful, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, to calmly invigorate both body and mind. All from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
I'll offer options for props and give modifications to safely support you as you explore movement and relaxation.
Whether you’re a seasoned yoga practitioner, or someone looking to take your first yoga class,

Chair Yoga   - Tuesdays at 10:00am   

No experience necessary.  Beginners welcome.

Yoga breathing, movement and meditation done in chair (no floor work). Focus is on improving balance and strength, as well as enhancing cognitive skills. 

Open to all abilities – these classes are done from the privacy and safety of your own home.
