Yoga
Whether you''re new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, a consistent practice can be a valuable part of your long-term health plan. Practicing Yoga two or more times per week can significantly reduce stress and tension in the body, and increase overall flexibility.
Ongoing Yoga Classes are an ideal way for students who have some experience with yoga to deepen their own practice.
Classes are either 1 or 1½ hours long, and begin with a centering, breathing (pranayama), followed by warm-ups and stretches, guided postures (asanas), and ending in a deep relaxation and integrative meditation.
Emphasis is on staying in tune with the body and its messages, and gently and compassionately finding and working with your own edge.
