Beginner Yoga /Intro to Yoga Classes are for people interested in learning about yoga, whether you''ve had some experience doing yoga on your own with tapes or CD''s, or if you''ve never been on a yoga mat!

Learn breathing techniques to calm the mind and relax the body, and feel how gentle stretching and movement can totally change your attitude!

No previous experience with yoga necessary.

The Intro to Yoga Classes are 2 hours long and begin with a centering meditation, easing into warm-ups and gentle stretches, guided postures (asanas), and ending in a deep relaxation and integrative meditation.
